Refund policy

We at 3B would like to apologize if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that everything isn't for everyone and we would love to make it up to you to the best of our abilities. Our return policy is as followed:

  •  If you are unhappy with an item, we offer an exchange or issue a store credit for returns
  • Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, CLEAN, and with ALL DETAILS still intact in order to move forward with your exchange/credit return
  • You have 14 days for us to receive the item from the day you received it for an exchange or credit return. No exchange/credit return will be accepted AFTER 14 days
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is not available or isn't available in your size, we will issue a store credit
  • If there is a price difference in the exchange we will either issue a store credit or you will be responsible for paying the increased difference. The store credit DOES NOT apply to shipping costs
  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns/exchanges
  • ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE
  • If the ribbon is removed, we CANNOT accept the item
  • If we receive the item and it is not in its original condition, we will send the item back to you
